Hello museum peeps! I was hoping someone out there could assist in helping to identify this lovely piece of silver. We have no idea what it was or what it was used for. It's been in our dining room, and had a sugar sifter with it, but those two pieces are not a set. The marks on it indicate it is silver from Birmingham England from 1898, I believe. The other marks are hard to make out, but appear to be Dn & Gn. It's roughly 4 1/2" x 4 1/4" at the widest points. The middle is roughly in the shape of a heart. Thank so much!
